How many days can a traveller perform Qasr and what's the ruling on praying Ishai behind imam when someone suppose to perform qasr?

Waalaykum salaam. One will be praying qasr as long as his on jounery.This is the strongest opinion of the scholars.The traveller praying behind a resident Imam will complete the salaah with the Imam

There is no specific days or weeks or months or years, as far as you bear the name (traveler) you are permitted to do Qosr. The prophet did close to a month doing Qosr in his journey.
But in a place where you can join Imam, you observe Solat behind Imam completely. Allah knows best!

Waalaykum salaam.Annoucing found items in the mosque is also forbidden.Some scholars said is the same with announcing lost items.

A lost that is found in the mosque can be announced Islamically and Sunnatically, so that the owner should be given his or her lost, but it is not allowed to seek a lost in the mosque, the prophet put a cause on whomever seeks his lost in the mosque.
Abu Huraira reported:
The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: If anyone bears a man crying out in the mosque about something lie has lost, he should say: May Allah not restore it to you, for the mosques were not built for this." Muslim Hadeeth 1275. Allah knows best!

The marriage contract has three pillars : the proposal, acceptance, and consent of the wife’s guardian. if this is done, the contract has been completed and both have become her husband and wife.As for the mahr it can be paid instantly or be postpone.So the consummation is not zinah

"The Messenger of Allah had the 'Aqiqah for Al-Hasan with one sheep, and said: 'O Fatimah! Shave his head and give the weight of his hair in silver as charity.'" He said: "So I weighed it, and it was the weight of a Dirham or a bit of a Dirham."The weight should be silver not gold has it's mentioned in Hadeeth. Allah knows best!

The Apostle of Allah combined the noon and afternoon prayers, and the sunset and night prayers at Medina without any danger and rain. He was asked: What did he intend by it ? He replied: He intended that his community might not fall into hardship."Allah knows best!
“There is no prayer after ‘Asr prayer until the sun has set and there is no prayer after Fajr prayer until the sun has risen.”
“O Messenger of Allah (Salla llaahu ‘alayhi
wasallam)! When any one of us meets a Muslim

said: ‘Should he embrace him?’ He said: ‘No.’ The
man then asked: ‘Should he clasp his hands?’ He

This is known as qatil khatha (mistaking killing).lf the killed person is a muslim, the killer will pay diyah and free a slave and if does not see slave,he fast for two months and pay diyah (ransom for killing).Allah says:
وَمَا كَانَ لِمُؤْمِنٍ أَنْ يَقْتُلَ مُؤْمِنًا إِلَّا خَطَأً ۚ وَمَنْ قَتَلَ مُؤْمِنًا خَطَأً فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُؤْمِنَةٍ وَدِيَةٌ مُسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَصَّدَّقُوا ۚ فَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَدُوٍّ لَكُمْ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُؤْمِنَةٍ ۖ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُمْ مِيثَاقٌ فَدِيَةٌ مُسَلَّمَةٌ إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِ وَتَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ مُؤْمِنَةٍ ۖ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيَامُ شَهْرَيْنِ مُتَتَابِعَيْنِ تَوْبَةً مِنَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake. And whoever kills a believer by mistake - then the freeing of a believing slave and a compensation payment presented to the deceased's family [is required] unless they give [up their right as] charity. But if the deceased was from a people at war with you and he was a believer - then [only] the freeing of a believing slave; and if he was from a people with whom you have a treaty - then a compensation payment presented to his family and the freeing of a believing slave. And whoever does not find [one or cannot afford to buy one] - then [instead], a fast for two months consecutively, [seeking] acceptance of repentance from Allah . And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
