Assalam alaykum. my second question is that when i observe a mosque observing the solaat before its time,,,lets say SOLATUL ASRI...can i join the solaat with them or just wait till the right time and pray mine .....

Waalaykum salaam.No,you can't join them.Praying before time invalidate the sallah except in some exceptional cases like the traveller etc

Praying before the time is forbidden. One has no reward for doing that.
Allah has stated that salaat has been made compulsory at stipulated times.
Scholars regard the time as a condition for acceptance of salaat.
So, one should not join them. You either seek another mosque which prays with the time or pray alone.
You may talk to the authorities of the mosque on this or invite a sheikh to do that.
