Salaam alaykum wa rahmatullahi Wa barakatuhu
Please if someone is praying with a new convert to Islam(who is just learning about the religion) and a third person joins the Jamah after completion of d 1st Rakah of Ishai and imam's ablution got spoil... How can the person who missed the 1st rakah leads in replace of the imam since the new covert doesn't understand the concept of Salah

Waalaykum salaam warahmatullah wabarakatuh.The one that knows how to pray will lead  then give sign  to the other to sit when his sallah has completed .When he finishes his, he say the tesleem after which the other will say his.
