Can I attend a Christian boss wedding  in a church while i stay outside

Attending christians  weeding is permissible with  the codition  that it serves a legitimate shar‘i interest, such as opening their hearts to Islam or calling them to the faith. But entering a church is dislike especially if there are images and status in it. Also attending a ceremony with munkaraat is forbidden except with aim of correcting it.
