Yes it is postponable. As wudhu performance before ghusl is a permissible act not a compulsory act that real attaches to ghusl. That is why it's soundly reported that the Prophet used to do full wudhu or leave  the two legs untouched till after ghusl. Wallahu a'alam.

There is no harm if you perform the ablution afer gusl but the best is to do it before gusl
