Is not zinah as far as the marriage is held in accordance with Kitahb and Sunna. Allah knows best!

Waalaykum salaam waramatullah wabarakatuh
The marriage contract has three pillars : the proposal, acceptance, and consent of the wife’s guardian. if this is done, the contract has been completed and both have become her husband and wife.As for the mahr it can be paid instantly or be postpone.So the consummation is not zinah
