For a person who enter the mosque and want to offer solatul ASR but met others praying solatul MOGRIB wat sud d person do.

Why did he miss Asr?
If he has a cogent reason like sleeping, forgetfulness, then he may join them to pray the 3 rakaat and 1 more to complete 4 after the imam's tasleem.
However, the who has none of those excuses has no salaat.

Waalaykum salaam.Firstly, it is important to call our attention to the obligation of observing  sallah at the apporprate  time,and if one leaves sallah untill it time passes without a geniue reson one cannot rapay it no matter how many rak'ah he observe.So he need to sincerely repent to Allah.Secondly, you can join them with the Intention of Asr then stand to complete your sallah after the tesleem of the Imam .
